- Learn simple spiritual practices for emotional balance — gratitude rituals, heart-centered grounding, and creating sacred boundaries.
- Cultivating Joy, Peace & Presence
- Guided reflection to rediscover lightness and joy. Explore how to hold both love and loss with grace. Discussion on holiday traditions, and the perspective from the spirt dimensions
- Closing Circle of Light & Blessing
- A collective affirmation and blessing ceremony to anchor peace and compassion for the season ahead.
Please bring your journal, an open heart, and if you wish, a photo or candle or small token for the remembrance altar.
