This 3-part evening series is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and the world around you.
Held on a peaceful farm, each session offers space to step out of the noise of everyday life and come back to what matters.
Through guided practices, quiet reflection, and time spent in nature (including the presence of animals), you’ll be supported in letting go of what feels heavy, reconnecting inward, and moving forward with more clarity.
This is a small, intentionally held group.
No experience needed—just come as you are.
Please bring:
• Journal
• Water bottle
• Dress for the farm (layers recommended)
•Lawn chair or yoga matt
